Blessings for the New Year - 2019

While being thankful for the past year, it’s time to look forward to the new year of 2019. SIBC is conducting a Seth Pirith chanting and a Bodhi pooja session to offer blessings for the New year. The ceremony will be held on Tuesday, 1st of January 2019, starting at 4.00PM at the SIBC temple premises in Tukwila. We plan to conclude the events by 7.00PM.

Following is the program

• 4.00PM : Arrival
• 4.15PM : Start of the Bodhi pooja.
• 5.30PM : Seth Pirith.
• 6.30PM : Community dinner.

The community dinner is intended to be a traditional Sri Lankan potluck comprising of Kiribath (Milk rice) and other snacks. Please signup for food items below.
