Blessings for the New Year - 2023

The New Year 2023 is upon us. While being thankful for the past year, it’s time to look forward to a new year and new beginnings. SIBC is conducting a Seth Pirith chanting and a Bodhi pooja session to offer blessings for the New year. The ceremony will be held on Sunday, 1st of January 2023, starting at 4:30PM at the SIBC temple premises in Tukwila. We plan to conclude the events by 7.00PM.

Following is the program

• 4.30 PM : Arrival
• 4.45 PM : Start of the Bodhi pooja.
• 6.00 PM : Seth Pirith.
• 6.45 PM : Community dinner.

The community dinner is intended to be a traditional Sri Lankan pot luck comprising of Kiribath (Milk rice) and other snacks. Please signup below for any food items you wish to bring
